1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Integrated Auto Solutions, LLC ("IAS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Integrated Auto Solutions platform (the "Service").
The Service is a business-to-business tool for licensed motor vehicle dealers. It is not directed at consumers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers through the Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, business email address, phone number, dealership name and address, and authentication credentials.
- Dealership configuration — buying thresholds, alert preferences, and other settings.
- Transaction records — vehicles you mark as purchased or sold, purchase and sale prices, dates, and related notes you enter.
- Communications — messages you send us for support or other purposes.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — features used, pages viewed, actions taken (such as deals viewed, dismissed, or marked purchased), and timestamps.
- Log and device data — IP address, browser type, and access times.
- Session data — authentication cookies necessary to keep you signed in.
Information from third parties
- Vehicle listing data from marketplaces, auctions, and licensed data providers.
- Vehicle history and safety data, such as recall and complaint records.
- Connected systems — if you connect a dealer management system, auction account, or similar service, we receive data from that system as authorized by you. This may include inventory, sales records, and transaction details.
3. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service, primarily to maintain your authenticated session. The marketing website sets no cookies at all, and uses no analytics or advertising services. It loads webfonts from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies but does receive visitors' IP addresses as part of serving those files.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Generate vehicle valuations, risk assessments, and recommendations
- Learn your dealership's buying patterns in order to rank and personalize the recommendations shown to you (see Section 5)
- Communicate with you about the Service, including alerts you have enabled
- Provide support
- Monitor usage, diagnose problems, and improve reliability and performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
5. How we use your transaction data — please read
Personalization is a core function of the Service, so we want to be explicit about it.
When you record what you bought and what it sold for, we analyze that history to build a profile of your dealership's buying patterns — typical price range, makes and models, mileage and age, realized margins, and how quickly vehicles sell for you. That profile is used to score and rank future recommendations for you.
We also record deals you dismiss, and may analyze patterns in what you reject to improve what we surface to you.
6. AI and automated processing
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze vehicle data and generate risk assessments, pricing guidance, and written summaries.
Vehicle and listing details are transmitted to these providers as part of that analysis. [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING exactly what is sent, and confirm the provider's data handling and retention terms — in particular whether submitted data is used for model training. State the answer here plainly.]
Automated processing is used to produce recommendations. These are informational only; they do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about any individual, and every purchasing decision is made by you.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your information.
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (sub-processors) who host, process, or transmit data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations. See Section 8.
- Third-party data providers, where required to fulfill a request you initiate (for example, requesting a valuation for a specific VIN).
- Legal requirements — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice.
We do not share one customer's data with another customer.
8. Sub-processors
We use the following categories of service providers. [VERIFY AND UPDATE THIS LIST BEFORE PUBLISHING — it must reflect what the system actually uses.]
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|

| Airtable | Data storage | Account data, transaction records, vehicle data |

9. Data retention
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
After termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within [30] days, after which we may delete it. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, and may retain aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.
Certain third-party licensed data may be subject to retention limits imposed by the provider, and may be deleted when a license ends regardless of your account status.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed credentials, signed session tokens, and server-side enforcement of access controls so that credentials for third-party systems are not exposed in the browser.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You may:
- Access and update your account information within the Service
